Blonde Chickpea & Spinach Pesto!
8 oz cooked pasta (choose your favorite)
1 can 8 Track Foods Blonde Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
For the sauce:
3 generous handfuls of spinach
2 cups packed fresh basil
1 tsp Spirulina (totally optional)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves, garlic
Salt to taste
2 T Lemon Juice (about a 1/2 lemon)

Use a blender (immersion blender is best) to mix together ingredients and toss with Chickpeas and Pasta. YUM!!
