Garlicky Kidney Beans and Toast

If you are looking to add more beans to your day, try some for breakfast!! 

1 Tbs olive oil

3-4 cloves of minced garlic

2 tsp paprika

1 can of 8 Track Foods Dark Red Kidney Beans

A few slices of your favorite bread (toasted)

If you are feeling fancy, add parsley and lemon!

1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan on medium high heat
2. Add garlic and sauté until the garlic starts to turn golden (about 1-2 min)

3. Add paprika, canned kidney beans. Cook about 3-5 minutes

4. Add Parsley and Squeeze of lemon (to brighten the flavors)

5. Mash a few kidney beans to make it thicker (for photo purposes no beans were harmed!)

Enjoy with warm toasted bread!
